Tony is a family man, married with 2 children and a local resident of Concord NSW for over 25 years, Tony has over 35 years ‘experience in Construction, Building and Leasing in the Commercial, Industrial and Retail Franchise industries across NSW. A career transitioning into Commercial Real Estate was the natural culmination of a lifetime spent in and around the industry.
Tony has spent over 30 years partnering with the Multi-National Food Brand “Subway” as a Franchise owner and regional Development Manager in NSW. An extensive role in recruiting Franchisees, negotiating commercial Leases as tenants for Franchise owners, dealing with many landlords, small mum and dad owners, to large industrial complexes, Shopping centres, strip and suburban locations along with Non-traditional establishments such as Universities,
Hospitals and Airports.
His knowledge and experience in a broad range of areas and industries has been instrumental in understanding commercial Business on many levels, along with building strong relationships and liaising with many industries in the finance, manufacturing, retail and Construction industries.
Franchising and Property Development and Leasing along with the opportunity to travel extensively and being a large global player has allowed him to experience the retail food and commercial platforms across the world and keep up to date with changing and emerging trends.
Whilst a slightly different challenge now as a Real Estate Commercial Agent, the fundamentals and ethical manner he will provide are the same.
